Local rental zoning and regulations change in real-time in every market. It is your responsibility to consult local Realtors, property managers, and regulators to verify short-term and long-term rental regulations in a property's area. The listing agent for each property is identified on its Scout Property Report. These rental income figures change in real-time, and if the Scout DSCR is 1.0 or greater at the time of loan underwriting, the property is eligible for a DSCR loan.
